Business usage

As Aktia Bank does not yet provide a dedicated interface for third-party providers, the contingency mechanism is used, which results in certain limitations:

  • in order to authenticate to the bank and authorise access to account information, user ID and password for Aktia Internet bank, as well as paper security codes need to be used;
  • the maximum authorisation period for retrieval of account information is 1 hour since authentication, after this period re-authentication needs to be done.

Personal usage

The authentication flow and limitations described for the business usage are applicable to the personal usage as well.
