Business usage

After redirect to ING you will be asked to authenticate using the credentials, which you are using to access online banking of your company. You would need to confirm authentication using ING mobile application, or other strong authentication method you use to sign in to online banking. If you are authenticating using a mobile device with the ING application installed, it should open automatically.

Personal usage

The authentication flow and limitations described for the business usage are applicable to the personal usage as well.
